Changing the way we deliver care: Lessons from the world of Management
Abstract
In this Insight article, the authors describe how they adapted John Kotter's eight-step change management methodology to implement a sepsis protocol to optimise sepsis management in a health service catering to differing patient populations across multiple sites.
