Improving staff wellbeing through psychological support: An audit and service evaluation

Abstract

This service evaluation and retrospective audit assessed the reach and impact of psychological support services for staff at the NHS University Hospitals Sussex. Findings highlight the clinical effectiveness of the service, the need to improve data quality, and equity of access to ensure all staff benefit from available support.
