Product availability, labelling and marketing, pricing and portion size, as well as environmental cues and product positioning may all influence food choices and eating behaviours. Understanding how these factors impact human behaviour may provide ways to nudge consumers towards healthy choices and support them to set appropriate goals for their well-being even when nudges promote consumption of less healthy foods.Summary of paper published in the Journal of Health Design: Dodson M, Jiwa M.
